Outstanding rental services. Initially I was going to sell my house shortly after my first tenants lease was up. After I hired Towers Property Management to manage my rental, their service was so good that I decided to continue renting out my house for 4 more years thereafter. I had lived in 3 places during the duration they managed my property. I lived in Kansas City for 1 year, Kuwait for 2.5 years and Wichita for 1/2 a year. Tower is a true partner with property owners and do an amazing job. I highly recommend them for your property management needs. They handled everything for me with my rental property / from getting it ready to market and rent, to landing a fantastic tenant - very important to me given I live in another state. This property management company has one and only one mission, to impose all kinds of illegal, unethical and immoral fees in lieu of their duty under the law to maintain, and to rip the tenant off any possible ways they can. Sooner or later they will find themself facing judicial processes by a tenant whose right has been violated. They push the tenant who pays his rent always early and on time beyond his limit! Liz and Abigail was beyond amazing! My family and I are relocating from NC to TX and these ladies went above and beyond to help my family and I find/secure our new home! Everyone was so knowledgeable, friendly, quick to respond and communicated everything well. These ladies help me feel beyond secure. Especially, with a lot of things being done remotely.
